Look at all experience as a dream.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Examine the nature of unborn awareness.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Let even the remedy release naturally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. The essence of the path: rest in the basis of all experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. In daily life, be a child of illusion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Relative Bodhicitta<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Train in taking and sending alternately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     Put them on the breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Three objects, three poisons, three seeds of virtue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.  Use reminders in everything you do.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Begin the sequence of taking with you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Transformation of Adversity into the Path of Awakening&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;11. When misfortune fills the world and its inhabitants,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       Make adversity the path of awakening.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Relative Bodhicitta<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Drive all blame into one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. Be grateful to everyone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ultimate Bodhicitta<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. The ultimate protection is emptiness;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     Know what arises as confusion to be the four aspects of being.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Special Practices<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. The best way is to use the four practices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16. Work with whatever you encounter, immediately.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Utilisation of the Practice in One\u2019s Whole Life&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What to do During One\u2019s Life<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17. A summary of the essential instructions: Train in the five forces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What to do at Death<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18. The mahayana instructions for how to die&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    Are the five forces. Posture is important.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Extent of Proficiency in Mind Training&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19. All instructions have one aim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20. Two testimonies: rely on the important one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21. A joyous state of mind is a constant support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22. Proficiency means you do it even when distracted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commitments of Mind Training&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23. Always train in three basic principles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24. Change your intention, but behave naturally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25. Don\u2019t talk about others\u2019 shortcomings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>26. Don\u2019t dwell on others\u2019 problems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>27. Work on your strongest reactions first.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28. Give up any hope for results.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>29. Give up poisoned food.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30. Don\u2019t rely on a sense of duty.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>31. Don\u2019t lash out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>32. Don\u2019t wait in ambush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>33. Don\u2019t go for the throat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>34. Don\u2019t put an ox\u2019s load on a cow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35. Don\u2019t be competitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>36. Don\u2019t make practice a sham.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>37. Don\u2019t turn a god into a demon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>38. Don\u2019t look to profit from sorrow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guidelines for Mind Training&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>39. Use one practice for everything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40. Use one remedy for everything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>41. Two things to do: one at the beginning, one at the end.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>42. Whatever happens, good or bad, be patient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>43. Keep these two, even if your life is at risk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>44. Learn to meet three challenges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>45. Foster three key elements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>46. Take care to prevent three kinds of damage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>47. Engage all three faculties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>48. Train on every object without preference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>49. Training must be broad and deep.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>      Always work on what makes you boil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50. Don\u2019t depend on extraneous conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>51. Practice what\u2019s important now.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>52. Don\u2019t get things wrong.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>53. Don\u2019t switch on and off.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>54. Train wholeheartedly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>55. Find freedom by probing and testing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>56. Don\u2019t boast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>57. Don\u2019t be hypersensitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>58. Don\u2019t be impulsive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>59. In your daily life, try to:\u00a0<br><br>(1) Maintain an awareness of the preciousness of human life.\u00a0<br><br>(2) Be aware of the reality that life ends; death comes for everyone.\u00a0<br><br>(3) Recall that whatever you do, whether virtuous or not, has a result; what goes around comes around.<br><br>(4) Contemplate that as long as you are too focused on self-importance and too caught up in thinking about how you are good or bad, you will suffer.
